第11回コラム

　本年度12月から、当教室に新たな仲間が加わりました。中国からの留学生で、「徐繁」と言います。
　邢智钧に続いて二人目の留学生となる彼女は、すでに医師として14年の勤務経験をもっていますが、今回当教室で勉強したいと希望してくれました。
　今月のコラムは、彼女からの「日本語と英語の両方での自己紹介」をお届けします。

　現在、信州大学医学部の客員研究員として、清水教授と共に肺がんの臨床病理学と分子病態学を研究しています。

　中国の三次病院での14年間の勤務経験に基づき、胸腔穿刺、腹腔穿刺、心嚢穿刺に精通しており、遺伝子検査の下での精密標的治療や、分子生物学に基づいた個別化がん治療としての放射線治療、様々な系統の悪性腫瘍に対しての標準的な総合診断と治療を行うことに長けています。これまで国内外で行われた百以上の臨床試験に参加し、河北省科学技術一等賞を受賞したことがあります。

　現在、肺がんの治療法には、手術、放射線治療、化学療法、分子標的治療、免疫療法などさまざまな方法があります。しかし、病期によって治療法を選択することは患者さんにとって非常に重要です。信州大学で勉強している間に、専門的な技術を向上させ、患者さんの生存期間の延長に貢献したいと思っています。

　Currently, I am a visiting scientist at Shinshu University School of  Medicine, researching on clinicopathology and molecular pathogenesis of lung cancer with Professor Shimizu.

　Based on 14 years of work experience in a Chinese Tertiary Hospital, I am proficient in thoracentesis, paracentesis, and pericardiocentesis；skilled in carrying out precision targeted therapy under genetic testing, personalized radiotherapy guided by molecular biology for individualized cancer treatment, and standardized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for malignant tumors in various systems. Participated in over a hundred clinical trials conducted domestically and internationally; directed and participated in numerous provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and has been awarded the first prize for science and technology in Hebei Province.

　At present, there are various treatment methods for lung cancer, including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. However, the choice of treatment methods for patients with different stages is very important. During my studies at Shinshu University, I hope to improve my professional skills to extend the patient's survival period.
